Booking Policy

All reservations at Hotel Mar Blanco are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid payment method at the time of booking. Rates, offers, and availability may change without prior notice. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, early departures, and no-shows will be charged the first night’s stay or the full reserved amount when required by the booking rate.

House Rules, Liability, and Guest Responsibilities

Guests must comply with hotel rules, local laws, and safety instructions during their stay. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused by themselves or their visitors, and the hotel is not liable for unattended valuables. For comfort and safety, Hotel Mar Blanco may deny service or remove guests who create disturbances or violate these terms.
